Aluminum-Foil Carbon-Coating Surface Defect Inline Inspection System
Designed for carbon-coated foil, the system performs A/B-side width and alignment measurement while detecting surface defects such as streaks, stains, color variation, wrinkles, dents, and pinholes at 0.01 mm precision. It provides real-time image and report output and supports zonal analysis and grading. Using 1 GigE / 10 GigE high-speed transmission, it integrates seamlessly with coating lines for aluminum and metal foils, ensuring stable coating quality and improved product yield.
