Spectral Confocal
Built on dispersive-optics principles, the system maps wavelength to focal distance to decode reflected spectra, enabling ultra-precise surface-height and thickness measurement. It integrates a light source, fiber, confocal probe, spectrometer, and measurement stage, supporting non-contact measurement of glass, lenses, wafers, chips, and solar cells. The platform outputs both displacement and thickness data simultaneously and supports inline high-speed inspection, especially for complex textures and multilayer precision surfaces.
