2024

Introduced semiconductor wafer AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems to the market, and launched a nanometer-scale wafer-inspection project.

Released China’s first self-developed 10-Gigabit high-speed Intelligent Camera, achieving line rates up to 600 kHz.

2017

Deployed the world’s first cross-direction control system for copper-foil forming machines, and achieved 20 µm pinhole detection at 1000 m/min in the aluminum-foil industry.

Released the first self-developed high-speed industrial line-scan camera, together with an AI deep-learning machine-vision system.

2021

Brought to market China’s first in-house developed Intelligent Camera and CIS macro-imaging camera.

2006

Developed China’s first high-speed CCD surface defect inspection system and image processing board, awarded by the National Innovation Fund.

2008

Launched the country’s first cross-directional closed-loop control system for paper and film production.

2015

Introduced the first independently developed basis-weight control system and laser thickness-measurement system.
